The Project includes the subsequent upgrade of the power plant to a more efficient 1100 MW CCGT generation facility. The Project is part of the National Integrated Power Project (“NIPP”) divestment Programme of Nigeria Delta Power Holding (“NDPH”), which includes privatization of 10 generation companies.
