The project entails the design, construction and operation of a 44 MW hydropower facility on the Bandama river near the Singrobo and Ahouaty villages in Cote d’Ivoire. The project expects to generate 217 GWh of annual production and to operate with a load factor of 56%. The project responds to the government priority of diversifying the energy mix after a surge in recent years of thermal power production.
