Duration

2020-2022

The Ministry of Digital Economy and Post (MENUP) through the National Agency of Universal Service of Telecommunications/ICT (ANSUT) has identified several projects that will allow the State of Côte d'Ivoire to continue the transformation of its economy and to structure all the efforts made for a digital, efficient and transparent Administration.

These projects of national and international scale whose major objective is the modernization of the Ivorian public administration, will make it possible to improve the quality of the public service offered to the citizens present on all the extent of the national territory, while supporting the creation and the evolution of a more modern administration.

In the perspective of an accelerated launch of these projects and the effectiveness of their realization for the happiness of all the stakeholders, complementary analysis and orientation studies are necessary.

It is in this context that EY/ is assisting the African Development Bank (ADB) for the realization of the feasibility study of the Support Project for the Strengthening of Electronic Administration (PARAE). More generally, it will promote the emergence of a complete and coherent offer of electronic services able to meet the needs of the population, with the ultimate goal of permanently anchoring the country to the Information Society.

From there, it is a question of elaborating the detailed feasibility studies (technical, architectural, economic, financial, environmental, social, legal and regulatory) on the various components described above.
